RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are sold ‘as is’. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
If you have gotten your size mixed up, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it from the original purchase date for an exchange. The ring must be in its original condition with no scratches or damages.

You can send the product back to Lono God of Peace with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office, and verified as delivered by signature or delivery confirmation if chosen.
Below are the steps associated with exchanging a ring or a bangle for a new size.
1. Send the item back to us using the delivery method of your choice to the address below. Please make sure to send your original invoice or a copy of the invoice. If faster service is required to meet a wedding date, please let us know on the form so we can make arrangements to expedite your exchange.
Disclaimer and Exclusions
Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of your new product size. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item(s).
Lost and Stolen Packages
Lono God of Peace will not be responsible for any packages that have gone missing or that may have been stolen. It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping method that includes both signature confirmation and insurance. Lost or stolen items are not refundable without insurance.
